fundraiser this Saturday night -10th December
We are going to
start at 2pm on Saturday as we have many classes racing
Saturday night.
First up on the race events will be the Nostalgia's , ASCF
Juniors & Ladies Race. We would like
those 3 classes to park down at Barsby's end of the pits ,
so we dont create any congestion in the pits with the other
classes that will run later on into the day / night.
Scruitineering will start at 11 30am til 1.45pm for all
classes. We need to get the pits closed off by 2pm for
safety reasons.
Later on during the afternoon the Super Sedans , 4 Cylinders
, Modified Productions & Street Sedans will fill the rest of
the program for Dec 10th.
For the Super Sedans - they will park from the machinery
shed back to pit entry. Modified productions , street sedans
& 4 cylinders will all park where pit entry is. Please abide
what the volunteers ask you where to park, as we need to
make sure we have room for all classes & have no congestion
with trailers getting in and out of the pits .
Don't forget we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs in
support to the Jane McGrath Fundraiser. We will list all the
sponsors who have pitched into this brilliant cause later in
the week . So come in your best dressed , come with the most
wackiest outfit , or maybe you would like to just colour
your hair.
All cars nominated will receive 2 free gate passes,
including pit entry ( 1 driver & 1 crew) Entry passes do
not apply to drivers & Crews for the Super Sedans.There will be a
separate sign in sheet at the gate for you guys to sign
except Super Sedans.
Competitors & crew are encouraged to donate $5 to the
McGrath Foundation on Entry. There will be rides for the
kids, face painting and a massive fireworks show also to add
to the program.
